What Happens in a Hypnosis Session?

Your First Session

Hypnosis is a safe, natural, and collaborative process that helps you create positive, lasting change. Every session is tailored to your goals and comfort level.

Before your appointment, you’ll complete a short electronic questionnaire. Together, we’ll discuss your concerns, the changes you’d like to make, and your motivation for change. This conversation helps build trust, sets positive expectations, and enables me to choose the most effective hypnotic approach for you.

The Process

  • Setting Goals – We’ll identify realistic, achievable, and positive outcomes.
  • The Induction – You’ll be guided into a comfortable state of focused awareness using methods that fit your needs. This may include direct suggestion, guided imagery, or interactive techniques.
  • Suggestions for Change – Hypnotic suggestions reframe old patterns into new, empowering beliefs and behaviors.
  • Post-Hypnotic Suggestions – These anchor your new responses so you can access them naturally in everyday life.
  • Mental Rehearsal – You’ll imagine real-life situations and successfully practice your new responses.
  • Emerging from Trance – You’ll return to full awareness feeling relaxed, confident, and refreshed.

Life Coaching Integration

When mutually agreed upon, life coaching is combined with hypnosis to give you both conscious clarity and subconscious alignment, helping you move forward with purpose.

Session Length & Fees

  • Initial Session (90 minutes) – $195
  • Follow-Up Sessions (60 minutes) – $150
  • Quit Smoking Program (2 sessions) – $390
  • Four-Session Program – $590 prepaid (save)
  • Six-Session Program – $790 prepaid (save)
  • Past Life Exploration (approx. 2 hours) – $260

Sessions are available in-office or on Zoom. Online clients also receive an audio recording for reinforcement.
